Meditation paths must be unique for every person, so if there are six billion people on the planet, and if the total number of people that ever lived is 12.5 billion; there are 12.5 billion meditation paths that carry the stamp of a single destination of knowing the being that you are at the core of your sentient self.
But discovering that path is intricate, confusing and mind-boggling; and the reasons are myriad and complex due to the multi-layered and multi-faceted aspects of our existence…and our identity…as these overlay upon our bodies, our minds and our spiritual existence.
Take the mind, for instance, with at least three (less than fully explored) levels of systematic operation; including the Conscious, Subconscious and Superconscious minds that intertwine and interplay upon the thoughts, feeling, memories and experiences…real, imagined and shared with others at both the personal and Collective Unconscious levels…the mind seems unfathomable.
Or examine that possibility that the paradigm known as the “Subconscious” is a gross generalization of multiple, little-understood components that seem to coalesced in a system of unique operation, function and homeostasis through interrelated mechanism that modern psychology can only fathom from study of ancient seers who pierced the veil of unknowing and explored the realms of the Subconscious as they moved past these altered-states memory functions on their way to intuitive compression of higher and more central levels of consciousness and the experience of individuality.
The Path of Meditation is unique.
Every person that ever lived needed to trod a unique course, a “for them only” Meditation roadmap.
If 12.5 billion people lived since time began, then there have been 12.5 billion Meditation Paths.
And every one of those billions of paths lead to a single destination…arriving at knowing the Self that exists at the core of every sentient being.
But the path to self-discovery is intricate. That path can be confusing…even mind-boggling.
The reasons for this complexity result from the multi-layered and multi-faceted composition of our existence.
Our identity is plural…an overlay of bodies, minds and a unifying soul.
Our minds demonstrate at least three levels of operation and performance. These include:
These “Minds” intertwine in their interplay upon our thoughts, feelings, memories and experiences
And, these components of consciousness interplay with the Collective Unconscious of all Human thought.
“Subconscious Mind:” An Oversimplified Paradigm
Consider that the paradigm of the “Subconscious Mind” results from over simplification. Multiple and little-understood components were lumped together…without understanding the multiple mechanisms that are involved.
These inter-related mechanisms include a system with unique operation, function and homeostasis that maintain individual identities before and after the life of the Conscious Mind.
Modern psychologists fail to delve into the dynamic aspects of the “Subconscious” Mind, although Ancient Seers pierced the Veil of Unknowing and explored these realms during meditation.
Ancient Seers were not burdened with the Conscious Mind, and moved past the Mirrors of Altered States Memories to an intuitive understanding of more central and pre-existing levels of consciousness and individual identity.
“Subconscious Mind Construct:” Obsolete
The Subconscious Mind Construct proves obsolete because the “Conscious Mind-Centric” Model is obsolete. The Subconscious Mind Construct is based upon an assumption that the Conscious Mind developed first.
However, the Conscious Mind develops last!
Paradigms based upon wrong assumptions must be cleared away so that accurate understanding unfolds.
